Where some see a piece of wood, Paulo sees stories, shapes and traces of time — a life that existed long before his hands ever touched it.

A free, restless and endlessly curious mind, Paulo is guided more by intuition than by rules. Perhaps that is why he doesn’t try to turn nature into what he imagines. Instead, he discovers what the wood itself wants to become.
